Our general team will adapt to different climates and environments, working early starts and late finishes to get the job done. Hospitality is filled with curveballs, but our crew will deal with whatever’s thrown at them.

Trained Chefs

We have both local chefs and those from across the globe, ready to expertly feed our guests with various cuisines. These pros will work directly with our executive chef to bring the best ingredients and relentless flavour.

Event Managers

These are the people who make sure everything runs smoothly and with no hiccups. If anything were to falter, our experienced event managers will be on hand to put things right, communicating with you throughout.
