Set within the beautiful grounds of the Royal Sandringham Estate, the Pink Moon Presents team designed, built, and managed a boutique camping village of 511 structures for 5,700 guests at Heritage Live Festivals.

Set within the beautiful grounds of the Royal Sandringham Estate, the Pink Moon Presents team designed, built, and managed a boutique camping village of 511 structures for 5,700 guests at Heritage Live Festivals. Spanning three nights of events, the experience was tailored to a mix of guests – some staying for a single night, others for the full weekend. This created a unique operational challenge, as many tents required linen changeovers and dressing services to be prepared for new arrivals each day.

Alongside the accommodation, we delivered a premium guest experience with a lounge space beneath our Sailcloth Marquee, an on-site bakery and smoothie bar, food vendor and bar, generous seating areas, toilets, showers, and a pamper parlour – combining comfort, style, and convenience in a historic setting.
